1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access the service in their location.

2. Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their password and for activity performed through their account. Accounts may not be sold or shared.

3. Virtual play mode

Unless the operator expressly enables an authorised external token service, FLYX balances are virtual demonstration credits with no monetary value and no withdrawal or transfer rights.

4. Game operation

Each roulette request is checked by the server. Completed rounds are recorded with the selected bet, stake, result and return. Service interruptions may require an administrator to review the ledger.

5. Responsible use

Users must not use Bet369 as a solution to financial difficulty. The operator may suspend access where misuse, fraud or prohibited access is suspected.

6. External services

FlyXPay and Xpert Bank names and logos are displayed as supplied brand assets. Their services, warranties and regulatory status must be defined in separate approved agreements before live use.

7. Changes

The operator may update these terms, game limits and features. Material changes should be communicated to members.
